UNCW Campus Dining is operated by Aramark Food Services.

Be Well. Do Well. is Aramark’s sustainability plan. It sums up our goal to make a positive impact on people and planet over the next five years. Simply stated, we are working to reduce inequity, support and grow our communities, and protect our planet.

Our first goal is to enable equity and wellbeing for millions of people by 2025, including our employees, consumers, communities, and people in our supply chain by: Engaging Employees, Empowering Healthy Consumers, Building Local Communities, and by Sourcing Ethically and Inclusively.

Our second goal is focused on the planet and our climate impact. Our goal is to reduce our GHG emissions in the U.S.15% from our 2019 baseline by 2025. This goal will be accomplished by: Sourcing Responsibly, Operating Efficiently, Minimizing Food Waste, and Reducing Packaging.
