Ingredients
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 oz. fresh garlic, minced
10 oz. gnocchi
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 oz. parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tsp. fresh basil, thinly sliced
Preparation
Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Cook your gnocchi per package instructions.
Once cooked, drain and set aside your gnocchi.
In a large saucepan, add your oil over medium heat.
Once heated, add your minced garlic. Sauté until aromatic, around 30 seconds.
Add your gnocchi, alfredo sauce, and marinara sauce into the pan. Sauté until heated through, around 2 - 3 minutes.
Your Gnocchi Rose is now ready to eat! Serve warm and garnish with parmesan and chopped basil.
