Warm pumpkin spice blends beautifully with bright, citrusy orange marmalade, creating a delicious balance of comforting sweetness and zing. Golden brown perfection that tastes just as good as it looks!

Ingredients
For the Pumpkin-Orange Belgian Waffle:
2 ½ cups of your favorite waffle mix
1 ⅓ cups water
4 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
For the Pumpkin-Orange Belgian Waffle
Step 1
Preheat a waffle iron to 385°F.
Step 2
Combine water, pumpkin, oil, and marmalade. Whisk until well blended.
Step 3
Add the waffle mix and pumpkin pie spice all at once. Whisk until just blended. The batter will be lumpy, do your best to not overmix
Step 4
Coat the waffle iron with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and close the lid. Follow the cooking instructions of your iron.
Step 6
When the waffle is done cooking, set it aside on a plate until you're ready to eat. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!
